PRICING & QUOTES

At M2C Studio, trade clients receive tailored pricing upon request. Quotes remain valid for 30 days, after which pricing may be updated

ORDERS
-
All M2C Studio orders are confirmed via email. Clients are required to approve the M2C Quote, verifying all specifications. A 50% deposit is due upon confirmation; orders without a signed quote or deposit may experience processing delays.

PAYMENT
-
M2C Studio accepts payment via credit card (link provided via email), check, or wire transfer. A 50% deposit is required to confirm your order. Orders will not be processed until the deposit is received. Upon completion, a Final Invoice with payment link will be sent to the email on file. Remaining balance is due within 10 days.

PRODUCTION TIME

Lead times vary by product and may shift due to production schedules or material availability. M2C Studio will provide an estimated ship date once available, typically within three weeks of order placement. Please note that all provided ship dates are estimates and subject to change.

COMMUNICATION

All order-related communications—including inquiries, questions, modifications, or shipping updates—must be submitted in writing to M2C Studio Customer Service at cs@m2cstudio.com. M2C Studio cannot be held responsible for discrepancies arising from information not communicated directly through this channel.

SHIPPING

We ask that customers confirm the shipping address when placing an order. Any updates should be communicated directly to M2C Studio Customer Service at cs@m2cstudio.com.
To ensure smooth delivery, please notify Customer Service of any address changes prior to submitting final payment. This helps us avoid additional shipping fees or delays.

INSPECTION OF RECEIVED GOODS

Please inspect your order upon arrival to ensure all items are received as expected. If anything is missing, damaged, or differs from the quote, kindly notify us within 14 days so we can assist promptly.
Our Commitment – Should there be any discrepancy from your quote, M2C Studio will ensure it is corrected.
Care & Installation – We recommend careful handling during installation, as M2C Studio cannot assume responsibility for damage caused after delivery.
For any shipping-related damage, please retain all original packaging for carrier inspection and submit photos to support your claim.

INSTALLATION

For best results, we recommend a professional installer. Hardware and instructions are included for a seamless assembly.

CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS

We kindly ask that any changes or cancellations be submitted within 24 hours of deposit payment. Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis and should be coordinated with M2C Studio Customer Service (cs@m2cstudio.com).
For approved returns, we provide a shipping label and assist with pickup arrangements. Any return shipments must be authorized in advance by Customer Service.
